Kiwanis Document Library

This is a collection of computer files which would help Kiwanis clubs in their regular operations. Select a topic from the drop-down menu.

These files have been compressed to reduce download time. Just download them to your computer and double click on the file name to open the file.

Club Brochures

Brochures which can be used to inform people in general and prospective club members in particular were discussed on the Kiwanis listserv.

I have two examples here for you to see and consider adapting for your own club:

A brochure for the Kiwanis Club of Bandon-by-the-Sea in Bandon, OR. It was made available for this library by Bill Russell of that club. It's available in WordPerfect format.

I also have a copy of the brochure for the Kiwanis Club of Seneca Falls, in Seneca Falls, N.Y. It's also in WordPerfect format. If you don't have access to Wordperfect and want to see the brochure, you can see it in Adobe Acrobat format.

Standard Form for Club Bylaws

The best source for the Standard Form for Club Bylaws is on the Kiwanis International web page.

Monthly Report Forms

First is a file prepared by Marilynn Slade of the Kiwanis Club of Lansing, Michigan, which allows secretaries to complete their monthly report on the computer and print off the copies they need.

The file is available in either WordPerfect or Microsoft Word versions. Accompanying each file is some information on how to use it:

I also have the report format available in a spreadsheet program, courtesy of Bill Martin of the Kiwanis Club of Riverview-Wenatchee in Wenatchee, Washington State. This Microsoft Excel file has 13 pages; one for each month of the year and then a final one which collects the monthly totals for you.

Information useful to club officers

There is a substantial amount of useful information for Kiwanis Club officers on the Kiwanis International web site. That includes tips for presidents, secretaries, program chairs and fund raising events, as well as the Kiwanis Administrative Bulletins and Club Materials publications.

Kiwanis Logos

The Kiwanis logos are available for club use and can be downloaded from the Kiwanis International web site.
